One Man’s Weed is Another Man’s Flower…

Posted by Becky Lindstedt on

A weed is described as being a wild plant that is growing where it is not wanted. In the floral industry, many weeds are cultivated as cut flowers to add texture and interest to floral designs. These fillers, in general, are long lasting choices that include, but are not limited to, daucus carota, solidago, hypericum, yarrow, nigella, millet, and bunny tails. They can be used fresh cut, dried, or preserved. Appreciate their unique qualities in your next floral creation.
