Time is of the essence during the busy Valentine season, so the fewer insertions that need to be made, the better it is. This Smithers-OASIS design features a cluster of tulips that have been bound with OASIS Natural Wraps in Woodland Bark, held in place by OASIS Natural Bind Wire and placed in a 9 1/2" OASIS Grace vase, with a few river stones in the bottom.
